Ryan Jimenez is a Project Manager for CIG Consulting. With a diverse professional background in project management and client service, Mr. Jimenez has been instrumental in the delivery of numerous complex projects in Atlanta’s commercial real estate community. He brings in-depth experience in the construction management process, including cost and schedule control, vendor management, procurement, permitting, and close-out.  

 

Background

Ryan is also an Atlanta area native and attended Georgia State University for Business Administration. He has worn many hats throughout his professional career including owning his own vinyl installation company but found his calling within the commercial construction industry working his way up for two of the top Atlanta General Contractors prior to joining the team at CIG. Ryan grew up in Peachtree Corners where he met his wife, and both made the decision to move back to raise their two children.

 

Mr. Jimenez has over 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and has directly managed and/or been an instrumental part of over 2 million square feet of commercial space, with a managed spend totaling over $50 million.

 

Responsibilities

Ryan will oversee Project Management for both tenants and owners at CIG. His background in multiple sectors of the industry brings a wealth of knowledge beneficial to all parties involved. He is relationship focused and will play a multifaceted role in driving the successful execution of construction projects, balancing various responsibilities to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

 

Hobbies

Ryan enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors no matter what activity, and has now reached official “Dad” status and is suddenly into lawncare. He played baseball in high school, but you can still find him playing almost any sport on his off time.
